Who it's for

Most people don't quit the gym because they're lazy — they quit because they walk in, don't know where to start, and never feel like the floor belongs to them. Learn the Basics fixes that first.

You'll work one-on-one with a coach who walks you through the squat, hinge, press, pull and carry — the five patterns that make up almost every workout you'll ever do. We set the machines up with you, write down the settings, and build a simple routine you can run on your own between sessions.

No judgment, no ego, no assumptions about what you already know. We meet you exactly where you are.

What you'll work on

01

Core movements

Squat, hinge, press, pull and carry — taught slowly, with the load that's right for you today.

02

Machine setup

Seat heights, pin settings, hand positions — written down so you can repeat it without asking.

03

A starter plan

A simple two or three day routine you can run confidently on your own between sessions.

04

Progress checks

Regular reviews so you can see what's improving and what to add next.

How it works

Sessions are one-on-one and typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Most people start with one or two sessions a week, and Cheryl will help you pick a pace and package that fits your schedule and budget after your first conversation.
