Personal Training Program

Decrease Pain / Increase Mobility

Stiff hips, a cranky lower back, shoulders that don't go overhead like they used to. This program is about moving well again — less pain day to day, and more range of motion to work with.

All personal training

Who it's for

Aches and stiffness build up quietly — from desk work, from old injuries, from years of moving the same few ways. Left alone they shrink what you're willing to do, in the gym and outside it.

We start by looking at how you actually move: where the restriction is, which side compensates, what makes the pain better or worse. From there we build a program of mobility work, targeted strengthening and gradual loading so the range you gain actually sticks.

This is coaching, not medical treatment. If something needs a doctor or physical therapist, we'll say so — and we're happy to work alongside them.

What you'll work on

01

Movement screen

A simple look at how you move so we know where to start, not where to guess.

02

Targeted mobility

Hips, spine, shoulders and ankles — daily drills that take minutes, not hours.

03

Strength that protects

Building the strength around a joint so new range of motion holds up under load.

04

Everyday function

Getting off the floor, lifting a grandchild, reaching an overhead shelf — without bracing for it.

How it works

Sessions are one-on-one and typically run 45 to 60 minutes, with short homework drills between visits. Progress here comes from consistency more than intensity, so we build a schedule you can actually keep.
